Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days, to complete your return please contact us at Hi@womenplayairsofttoo.com.  After 30 days we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. 

Eligible returns must be in the same conditions that you received it and Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Unless faulty we do not offer refunds or exchanges for personalised or custom made items.

We do not cover the cost of returning item(s) back to us but we will cover the cost sending your new item(s) to you when exchanging. Please allow up to 10 working days for your new item(s) to be shipped once your item(s) have been returned.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item(s) and in the event they do not reach us we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
